2026 Team Leadville

Team Leadville, established in 2015, is a group of volunteer runners that support non-profit organizations that assist military veterans and first responders suffering from Post Traumatic Stress. Team Leadville is committed to raising funds during their annual campaign that concludes with the completion of the Leadville Trail Marathon (“The Nation’s Toughest Marathon”, peaking at 13,185 feet) and Heavy Half, which will be held June 27, 2026 in Leadville, Colorado, by the Leadville Race Series.

Since 2015 Team Leadville has raised over $739,000 and has a documented record of success. These races are part of the Team Leadville Campaign, with Team Leadville runners and donors utilizing this event to raise funds to support the Team’s mission to Stop Veteran (and First Responder) Suicide. In 2026 and the foreseeable future, Team Leadville will support Boulder Crest to raise funds for the Boulder Crest Foundation. The team expects to field 18 marathon runners and 24 runners in the heavy half event in Leadville, Colorado. Team Leadville starts and finishes as a Team to replicate the healing journey of veterans.

Join Team Leadville in their 2026 fundraising efforts to raise money to stop soldier and first responder suicide through Boulder Crest Foundation's Posttraumatic Growth training programs, Struggle Well and Warrior PATHH (Progressive and Alternative Therapies for Healing Heroes.) This year's team goal is $160,000 - every dollar makes a difference!
